gear box transmission

2004 TOYOTA CAMRY
31,456 MILES • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I have a toyota camry 2004 the transmission is problematic, if i start driving, before it changes from gear level 1 to 2 and 3 it will over rev but after level 3, the transmission is better. I have changed both gear box and engine and still same result. i need help.

You replaced the transmission and engine at 31k miles? No engine or transmission should fail that early.

Have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?
