sludge in my oil

04 toyota 4runner I had my oil change, they look at the inside of the oil cap in said i have sludge and my oil

Sludge in oil is quite common for engine if oil changes are not regular and would be more pronounced if oil treatment had been used. If the sludging is bad, it is good to have the oil sump removed for cleaning, paying attention to the oil strainer. DO NO be foolled into using engine flush etc, they would not work.
