When I the turn the steering it feels very heavy. I had it scanned and the codes I received were DTC codes C1515 and C1525. Dtc codes C1515 and C1525 is sure. This mean DTC, C1515 is the torque sensor zero point adjustment undone and DTC, C1525 is the rotation angle sensor initialization undone. How to repair procedure?

The steering angle sensor must be replaced it sounds like it is has gone bad. The steering sensor (S11 on picture) or yaw sensor (Y1).

You must undo the air bag and the steering wheel and the turn signal switch. Here are some guides to show you what you are in for when doing the repair.

It sounds like you popped a fuse (one of 7), can you check the fuses for power by following this guide and here is the fuse panel diagrams and the steering sensor wiring diagrams so you can see how they system works and the fuses you need to check.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

It sounds like the skid control ECU went you, but to be sure let's check the power and grounds for the system. Here is a guide to help us use the wiring diagrams above to run the test. I would try to find a used unit and plug it in to see what happens.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

Here is the location of the skid control ECU.
