2004 Toyota 4runner Hi There Front Car Radiator There Quite Nother Little

hi there:
in front of my car radiator there is quite a nother radiator but a little thinner which some call condenser.
how do i make sure that this equipment does not restrict or in worse case block the airflow to the main radiator ?

The truck comes standard with AC. Its normal, and is designed to be there without causing airflow /overheating in your cooling system.
