The car wouldnt start

My 2004 Toyota 4Runner was battery dead this morning, I jump started but even though it started I have no power in my engine my inside lights dont work and after a while running it stopped any ideas?

Thanks ! And any idea why the car wont switch out of Park? It wont even accelerate !

Dead battery will do that.
