Where are the oil and transmission fluid drian plugs on a 2004 toyota 4 runner?Do you have a diagram?

At the lowest point of the engine sump is a drain plug for the engined oil, if you have splash guards fitted you may have to remove these first, the transmission pan is the large square flat based lower portion of the transmission, if there is not a drain plug fitted on the pan(usually not on Toyota's) the pan must be removed to drain oil, always fit a new pan gasket and don't over tighten if a cork gasket is used.
