rear A/C only blows hot air?

My vehicle listed above only blows hot air in the rear and does not blow any cold air, why?

Does the front air work? If so, it sounds like the temperature blend door actuator is not working, here is how to change it out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
