Turn signals stopped working, tailights not working, flashers not, replaced fuses under dash, left turn signal front and rear work, turn on headlights, burn fuses on taillights, turn on right turn signal burn fuse, checked for shorts, no shorts, bulbs all good

There definitely is a short somewhere for the fuses to blow. Try disconnecting the taillights connector and testing for short by turning on the switches. It could also be from the front end.
