P0499 is not found in the DTC list. I believe it is P0449.

P0449 Confirmation Procedure
1. Connect scan tool to DLC with ignition switch turned OFF.
2. Turn ON ignition switch and clear DTC, pending DTC and freeze frame data by using scan tool.
3. Start engine and run it at idle for 3 min. or more.
4. Check DTC and pending DTC by using scan tool.
P0449 Troubleshooting
WARNING:
This work must be performed in a well ventilated area and away from any open flames such as gas water heater.
