My car kept making a loud ticking noise and my oil light kept coming on and off even when i put oil but then a piece broke off my car that has the numbers 86f 02 what is this piece i have a suzuki XL7

That's not a part number. It looks like a casting number that's only used by the manufacturer of that part.

You're going to need a live person to look underneath to see exactly what has happened. Is that part something related to the dip stick used to check the oil level? If the engine was out of oil, most likely it is going have "spun" bearings which requires a major engine repair. When the oil warning light turns on, you're supposed to stop the engine immediately and coast to the side of the road. Without oil pressure, serious damage will occur in as little as five or ten seconds. Continuing to run the engine usually guarantees engine damage.
