remember, use a new, never used. the new unit must be flashed after installation from a shop for about $130.00. it may or may not run so be prepared to have it towed. the failure cause needs to be determined or the new one will fail as well.

Engine Control Module (ECM) Removal

Remove the battery.

Remove the ECM bracket nuts.
Disconnect the ECM connector.

Remove the ECM retaining nuts and the ECM.
Engine Control Module (ECM) Installation
