my heater/blower wont turn on. checked fuses, not that. what can it be?

No noises at all no air either! Hot or cold not working.

Just wondering if it could be the blower or switch? And is it costly to fix for this kind of car?

You can get a multimeter at a auto parts store harbor freight tools sears etc.It all depends where you buy it on how cheap you can buy one for.I have seen them under 10 yes mechanic would have one.Its all going to depend on whats wrong with it on how much it will cost to fix.Untill we do some testing i really cant say whats wrong with or how much to fix it.

Try banging the blower motor housing with your hands and if the motor starts up, it is due for replacement.
