2004 SEAT Toledo fan at front

Whenever I turn the engine off, it sounds like theres a fan still running from the front of the car below the engine

Does it make the sound all the time when the car is off or does it eventually stop? Some cars have fans that run after the car is off and they'll shut off after the coolant reaches a certain temperature
