Central locking on passenger door

When I unlock the car the passenger side door won't open and I can't hear it unlock like the other door and boot, it opens every now and again but when I lock the car it won't unlock again. It does not have a key slot either so I can't open it that way

Okay, if you can't unlock it from the inside either, you will need to remove the inner door panel which is a pain with the door closed. Once it's removed, check the linkage to the locking mechanism. Either it is broken or disconnected.
