I have traction problems with a check engine light

2004 scion xb traction control problems the car will shutter as if letting one tire catch up and it looses power in doing so... the light comes on as soon as the car starts moving. . while driving on flat surface the the slippery road light comes on and the car looses power and pulls in one direction or the other.... just had camber/caster bolts replaced and tires and it started doing this right

If the tires are spinning, the vehicle is designed to limit power to the wheels to prevent slipping. The light should come on to indicate the TC is engaged.
