STEERING PROBLEMS

I JUST GOT THIS SCION XB, AND FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THAT WHEN I HAD THE STEERING WHEEL STRAIGHT I HAD THE DRIVER SIDE WHEEL STRAIGHT AND THE RIGHT SIDE TURNED AT A ANGLE. I HAVE ONE STRAIGHT AND ONE TURNED. WHENEVER I TURN THE WHEEL I ALWAYS HAVE ONE WHEEL TURNED MORE THAN THE OTHER. I THINK ITS THE RACK N PINION BUT I AINT SURE. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Is the steering wheel in the straight ahead position while driving in a straight line?

Jack up fron of vehicle. Checked if the wheels have excessive side travel while gently rocking the wheel in and out at the side of wheel.
