2004 Saturn Vue Had Posted Earlier Car Shakes Turns Off Coming Stop

I had posted a question earlier. My car shakes and turns off when coming to the stop. I just realize this only happens when the AC is on. As soon as the AC is on the car automatically shakes and when slowing down or coming to a stop it turns off. It has never happened when the Air Conditioner is off.

Alright with the engine turned off see if the center of the ac clutch turns freely?
