2004 Saturn L200 Ion 2 Coolant Indicator Stays On Most Time Level There Doe

i have a ion 2. the coolant indicator stays on most of the time. the coolant level is ok, and there doesn 't appear to be any over-heating. is this just a sensor problem? if so, how big a deal to repair?

did you check the radiator or the bucket?? the sensor is in the radiator if i am not mistaken. also, if all is good then the sensor may be bad
