2004 Saturn Ion Recently Lost Power Windows Mirrors Door Locks Suggestions

I recently lost all power to my windows, mirrors, and door locks. Any suggestions/tips? I've already checked all fuses and put a test light to most of the switches, window motors, etc.

Put the key in the run position and see if both sides of the power windows fuse has power?
