turying to detect a noise i never heard before. And how to fix it. SAAB 93 turbo Liner

When I start my car up sometimes I get this vibration or maybe a purring noise that the car just started making. When I turn my stearing wheel it seems to sometimes stop .(I am still in netural)

check to make sure power steering fluid is full. Check belts to make sure nothing is loose. If the vibration is bad, check to make sure there are no vacuum leaks.

THOSE CARS HAVE A ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE DRIVE BELT & TENSIONER RATTLING WHEN FIRST STARTED & WHEN MOVING IN REVERSE YOU WILL HEAR IT THE MOST .
