my passenger window will not roll up or down, the door will not lock or unlock and the mirror adjustment doesn't work. It is like all power is gone from door. Checked fuses and found ok. Changed fuses just to be certain.

First check for broken or frayed wires between the door hinges. If no problem is found there, and if all of these things occurred at the same time, you might suspect a failed computer module; either a door module or a Body Computer.
