The only thing you can do in this case is get engine cleaner and high pressure wash the engine then drive it again to see where the leak is coming from. It could be the oil pan, main front or rear seal. However, it is odd to have that much of a loss.
Please check something for me. On the oil filter is a round gasket that seats against the engine. I have seen situations where that gasket comes off the old filter and remains on the engine. Then, when a new filter is installed, there are actually two rubber gaskets there and they can cause a bad leak. Check to make sure that didn't happen. On the other hand, you may have a canister type filter and there could be a problem with the o-ring. Check that and let me know what you find.
