What issue are u having ,is the interior fan not working ,if that is the case then u will have to replace the fan speed control unit ,what type of control head unit do u have is it acc or mcc manual climate control] ,this fan speed control unit is mounted on the fan motor housing ,also u will need to check for water leaking in ,do this by lifting hood & then lifting the cowl cover on the p/s where the cabin filter is mounted ,now take the cabin filter out of the housing & get some water & pore it on the windshield on that same side now check if water is coming in beside the cabin filter housing where the filter is fitted ,if so u will need to replace housing or go to home depot & get some 3/8 x 3/4" door & window sponge rubber weatherstrip ,if u have water leaking then this is the cause for your a/c fan to stop working hope your fan motor is still okay,
