The heaters are only blowing warm air I have had the matrix and thermostat replaced also passenger side blowers have only cold air

This sounds like a problem with the blend air doors. Do me a favor. Start the vehicle, allow it to warm up to operating temp with the heater on high. Once temp is reached, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. Let me know what you find.
