What is wrong with my dashboard

My kangoo dashboard has a problem the mileage disapears the digital clock spins round then I will lose all of the dash can't see anything and an alarm starts ringing this does not happen constantly can last a few minutes or a few days, I have been to renault and they checked wiring also done a computer diagnostic but found no faults can anyone help with this problem.

No every time they checked the car was not messed up.

Sorry I forgot the first time I took the car to the renault garage she was playing up when they looked at her and they did not find a fault. They said the battery was low and putting in a new battery might solve the problem it did for about 5min then she started playing up again.
