Do they work properly while driving? If so, there is nothing wrong. The gauges are no longer the reliable spring-loaded mechanical devices that were used years ago. They are pointers that are set to various positions by a computer that pulses coils of wire to magnetically move them. The pointers stop moving when the ignition switch is turned off. Any that do go back to 0 are just due to gravity.
