2004 Pontiac Sunfire Coolant Light Came On Topped Off Resivoir Found Garage

My coolant light came on so I topped off the resivoir with coolant I found in the garage, however it was NOT the same color as what was in there...
Do I need to siphon it out? Get a radiator flush? Is it okay that they were two different brands? HELP.

brands ok, but if you mix green and red, have the system flushed out
