I have a 2004 Pontiac Montana V6.

The cooling fans only come on when i turn on the AC or disconnect the temp. sensor. When i hook up the sensor again, thay run for about 15 seconds then stop. The relays and fuses in the fuse block under the hood are ok. Can you tell me the problem? Thank You: Dave W.

Sounds like a bad temp sensor if the fan comes on when unplugging the sensor.Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
