Fans work with air conditoining on, and thay work when i disconnect the temp. sensor. Relays and fuses are ok. I put a new temp. sensor in. When i unplug the temp. sensor i get 5 volts at the leads from the ECM. and the temp. gauge on the dash goes to bottom (cold), and when i jumper the temp. sensor connection leads the temp. gauge on the dash doesn't go hot. (I think it is supposed to). The temp.sensor ohms are around 4.35 cold and 2993 when hot. I get no trouble codes.

Thanks again;
