That's what you pay mechanics to figure out. Since you didn't say at what speeds this occurs, didn't include any recent history, and there's no other clues or information to go on, the possibilities include a bent wheel, a broken belt in a tire, a tire that's out-of-balance, a warped brake rotor, and a worn inner cv joint.
