Stuck PCV Valve

Hello, the grand am had a pcv valve changed on it. The elbow hose with it was also replaced. It went perfect changing them out but about 300 miles later, the engine had trouble starting and the check engine light came on. The codes read pcv issues and bank 1 too lean. The PCV valve is stuck in the engine. What happened?

There is no code for the pcv.

Lean code could be a vacuum leak, mass air flow or low fuel pressure.

Have these checked first to verify before assuming anything.

I assume it is a v6. Remove it from the valve cover and replace it.
