I have a 2004 pontiac grand prix that the heat will only blow if i'm driving at least 45 miles per hour and when I stop the car the heat stops blowing. Please help! Same with the ac

Check coolant level if okay -test the thermostat and then check air blend door if its functioning correctly-start here-could be a problem with the fan control module/HVAC control module
