front vibration/humming noise

replaced outer tye rod, hub assembly, tires still having vibration in front end what could be the cause

You need to check alignment when you change outer tie rods, they control "toe".

Could be a ball joint, control arm bushing, bad outer CV joint.

It is also possible the tires are out of balance.
