There are some days the car starts right up no problem. Other days she goes to start it and she needs to ge6t a jump start and the indicator reads "Charging system failure".

I pulled the battery and had it tested at Advance Auto and it tested good.

I pulled the alternator and had it tested at Advance and it failed. They did not have the alternator in stock, so I went to Auto Zone. They tested the alternator and it passed (4 times). They told me the alternator was not the problem. I went to O'Rielly Auto Parts to see if it would pass or fail there. It passed 5 times.

Is there something I am overlooking?

As you alre3ady stated, your problem is intermittent so one bad test is all you are looking for.
