2004 Pontiac Grand Prix cylinder. Head

Manual says to torque and turn head bolts addtional 120 degrees but instructions that came with new gaskets and bolts says to turn bolts 1-2-3-4 an additional 30 degrees. Whats right

This is what my manuals says:

Install NEW cylinder head bolts. Torque the bolts in sequence, as follows:
Step 1: 37 ft. Lbs. (50 Nm).
Step 2: Plus 120 degree turn.
Step 3: Rotate the 4 center bolts an additional 30 degrees.
