makes a clicking noise when car is locked and trunk pops open

why does my trunk keep coming open?

Hi Brenda.
if it does this with the power lock button this would be a prob with the elec system ,or possibly a malfuntion of the trunk opening lever. if this happens with your remote then i would suspect a problem with the remote. an easy fix is simply go to the trunk unplug wire going to latch. but you will have to open your trunk with a key.
