find the fuses for the left brightlight on my pontiac grandam

Maybe the bulb is faulty? If the low beam works, the problem isn't a fuse. In the diagram, the orange wire is voltage, hot all the time. On and off, high-beam and low beam are controlled on the ground circuit, pink is ground for high beam, blue is ground for low beam, controled by the headlamp/ dimmer switch. Note the diagram.
