Car wouldn't start. Won't even turn over. Replaced starter still nothing. But I think the bolts are loose, could that be a problem? Also, we tried jumping it, still nothing. All the lights and radio and everything work fine. Making absolutely no sound at all when you turn the key, maybe clicked once one time.

check for power to the little wire at the starter motor when the key is in the start position. it may be a bad starter

The starter turns over when you use a wrench. Just not when you turn the key.

You could have a faulty ignition switch, starter relay or the immobilizer is triggerred (if equipped).
