2004 Peugeot 307 brake disks at rear

hi wanting to change rear pads and disks on my Peugeot 307 2litre hdi estate is the wheel bearing fitted to disk
or are they separate disk u get disks with bearing built in or without thank you

With road wheel and brake calliper remover the disc will slid off the rear wheel hub, it may have a location screw so make sure that is removed as well, it may need a hit with a hammer if it is stuck on the hub or around the wheel studs, so wear safety goggles as well when doing this job.
