what does trouble code 2754 means

2004 ALL OTHER MAKES ALL OTHER MODELS

Man 2004 TG, when its standing everything is ok, it's accelerator works properly, the gear is ok, but whenever it starts moving it turns off and a trouble code(maybe) 2754 appears on the dash, would you polease send me the possible causes and cure, please don't hesitate to send the answer if u know,

I can't find anything for this possible MG code, i suggest that you go get a diagionstic scan and report any OBD11 set fault code.
