How can I get my brght lights to turn off when they are stuck on?

The bright light icon on the dash is on and the brights are stuck on. I have brights when turning the switch to the bright setting and when I try to turn them off the brights and dims come on. I think this might be an electrical problem.

sounds like you have a headlight switch failure. get it checked to confirm.
