My car was fine when I shut it off I went to start it and it kinda sputtered and wont start now it just turns over. I checked fuses and fuel relay. It did this once before and I was told the battery. Could it be just that plus it very cold where I live now

if it turns over, no. you need the fuel pressure checked for possible fuel pump failure
