Why would my truck start jerking while I'm driving it and the temp gauge be on the H?

i have the sam poblem . i change the thermost and flush the radiator . it is still running hot

Make sure the radiator is not clogged on the outside. Also make sure the electric fan is working when the air is on.
These radiators have a tendency to clog on the outside.
With high miles, the radiator may be clogged inside to the point it will not flush. New ones are about $115 to $200.
