2004 Nissan Titan oil gage to high

Just changed oil and oil filter, oil gage inside of truck says high , when idled gage goes normal,but when you push on gas gage goes up on high.

It is very uncommon for an oil pressure relief valve to fail. With that said, I question the pressure switch or how high the pressure is actually getting. What I suggest is to rent a mechanical oil pressure gauge and check pressure using that. Basically, you remove the oil pressure on the engine and install the one for the mechanical gauge. Let me know how high the pressure is actually getting.
