I replaced the engine with another used one.

I had a problem with the old engine, I replaced it with a used one. Now the engine starts and runs fine.
The problem:
The car have no acceleration power, it looks very heavy and the engine light is always on.
I made computer scan, it shows that (Cranck sensor problem).
I Changed it, but the same problem still there and computer scan still shows that the (cranck sensor problem).
Is there a spicial programing for the engine after replace it???

What I should do next??

I need urgent help, Please!!
