what do I need to do if I want to change rear break drums into disk brakes?

the rear stub will be different as yours will not have the calliper attach points, hand brake will be different probably just the to rear cables, rear brake pipes, and possibly the master cylinder as well and rear brake proportioning valve, all these will have to be check out.
