i just had a blown head hasket replaced,and the cylinder heads rebuild.but now engine lopes while ideling.04 sentra 1.8

There is a very extensive and complex re learn sequence for idle, throttle position and idle air volume, this really should be done by a qualified tech that fully understands how the system works, was the head done by a tech, of by a non qualified person?
