P0300 - Multiple cylinder misfire
P0102 - MAF sensor fault.
P0123 - TP Sensor
P1122 - Electric Throttle Control Function.
P1136 - IVT Control Solenoid Valve.
P1273 - A/F sensor 1.

Check the MAF sensor and TP sensor connections. Check for vacuum leakages.
Check engine oil level. Clear codes and retest. Check the codes again and let us know what comes back.
