2004 Nissan Murano A chugging noise

when i am driving at a low speed about 30 -40 mph there is a small chugging sound from my driver side . when i decrease the speed it cuts out but slowly .

i have just done a full tune up and still have this going on and have no clue what it could be .

Tune-up don't resolve noises. Something is wrong and unless you can tell us what is emitting the noise, I am afraid there is nothing much we can help.
