Starting with the PCV sounds like good advice, thank you.
Now, could you enlighten me as to what this thing looks like and where it's located?

You should reply to your previous post so that notification would be sent to the person attending to you.

It should look something like this but you won't be able to see it as the threaded part would be plugged somewhere on the intake manifold and the other is connected to a hose that is attached to the valve cover.
